Lo spirito può essere disposto, ma la carne e la voce a volte restano senza parole.

Eppure, lo spirito desidera spezzare il silenzio e parlare dal luogo più profondo e vivo dentro di noi.

Quali parole esprimono il tuo stato d’animo?

Come si muove la voce attraverso le forme del corpo?

E come respira il corpo quando prende forma?

In questo laboratorio creeremo uno spazio rituale e teatrale per permettere allo spirito interiore di manifestarsi.

Live Wire è un’indagine teatrale incarnata, radicata nei 5Ritmi® e guidata dalla visione di Lorca Simons, in dialogo creativo con l’eredità di Gabrielle Roth e l’influenza dell’artista Martha Peabody.

Un linguaggio fisico e poetico, una tecnica raffinata e viscerale che espande il nostro potenziale creativo, dà voce all’interiorità e apre le porte a nuove possibilità di espressione.

In questo workshop esploreremo:

– Movimento e respiro come canali espressivi

– Verità collettive e creazione di bellezza

– La voce che danza nel corpo

– Un’esperienza artistica trasformativa

Lorca è insegnante certificata 5Ritmi e co-fondatrice di 5RT – 5Rhythms Theatre, un ramo sperimentale della pratica, nato dalla sua lunga collaborazione con Gabrielle Roth.

Da oltre 25 anni porta nel mondo la sua visione di un teatro fisico interattivo, trasformativo, incarnato.

JUP JANSONIUS è un’insegnante certificata di 5Ritmi nei livelli Waves, Heartbeat e God Sex & the Body, nonché la nostra DJ musa di Live Wire per questo laboratorio.

Lorca e Jup si conoscono da più di 20 anni e hanno collaborato sia dal vivo che online. Insieme creano spazi magici nei quali il tuo artista interiore potrà sbocciare e crescere.

The spirit may be willing, but the flesh and the voice are sometimes left speechless.

Yet the spirit longs to break the silence and speak from the deepest, most alive place within us.

What words express your current state of being?

How does the voice move within the shapes of the body?

And how do those physical forms breathe?

In this workshop, we’ll create a stage for the inner spirit to come forth.

Live Wire is an embodied theatrical investigation rooted in the movement maps of the 5Rhythms®, inspired by the visionary work of Lorca Simons, in collaboration with Gabrielle Roth and artist Martha Peabody.

It’s a physical, poetic language — a rigorous and visionary technique that expands our creative potential, opens the doors to inner voices, and expresses what our bodies are truly here to offer.

In this workshop we will explore:

– Movement and breath as expressive channels

– Collective truths and the creation of beauty

– The voice dancing through the body

– A transformative artistic experience

OPEN TO ALL

No prior experience in dance or 5Rhythms is necessary.

Everyone with a desire to express, explore, and connect is welcome.

LORCA SIMONS

Lorca is a certified 5Rhythms teacher and co-founder of 5RT – 5Rhythms Theatre, the experimental wing of the practice that grew from her 19-year collaboration with Gabrielle Roth.

She has dedicated her life to creating and facilitating interactive, transformative physical theatre experiences around the world.

JUP JANSONIUS is a certified 5Rhythms waves/Heartbeat/God Sex & the Body teacher and our Live wire DJ muse of this lab.

Lorca & Jup have known each other for more than 20 years collaborating both live and online. Together they create magical spaces in who ch your inner artist will blossom and grow.
