KRI L2 AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS in Italy with Shiv Charan Singh – Jiwan Shakti Kaur – Ravijit Kaur

Sat Naam

Shiv Charan Singh and Jiwan Shakti Kaur return to Italy—to the green heart of Umbria—alongside Ravijit Kaur, for a new module of the Kundalini Yoga Level 2 teacher training:

AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIPS

Our success as Kundalini Yoga teachers and as conscious human beings depends on our ability to be authentic and to respond from the heart; our primary goal is to examine our relationships and enhance their effectiveness, authenticity, and consciousness.

Key themes:

👉🏼 EXPLORING what constitutes an authentic relationship and what does not

👉🏼 CONNECTING with one’s own soul as the foundation for authentic relationships

👉🏼 UNDERSTANDING the specific challenges long-term relationships and marriage face in the Aquarian Age

👉🏼 IDENTIFYING common ways we cause relationships to fail

👉🏼 DEVELOPING self-love as the key to authentic relationships

👉🏼 IDENTIFYING our fundamental paradox and transforming it from a problem into an opportunity

👉🏼 CREATING a conscious relationship with one’s masculine and feminine energies

👉🏼 BUILDING and maintaining a Sangat (conscious community)

👉🏼 USING awareness, contemplation, and meditation to renew the relationship with oneself and others; forgiving the past and healing the present

👉🏼 FREEING oneself from the wounds of love and beginning to live authentically

👉🏼 RECOGNISING the patterns that prevent the expression of one’s true Self and creating a new model: giving and receiving love from a place of abundance, awareness, and natural ease.

MEET THE TRAINERS

SHIV CHARAN SINGH

Shiv Charan Singh has been a renowned teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya—the science of applied numerology—worldwide since the early 1980s. He travels extensively to teach Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya and meets people daily in his work as a consultant. In addition to *Let the Numbers Guide You*, he has authored five other books, including a poetry collection.

He is the co-founder of the Karam Kriya School, alongside Satya Kaur.

JIWAN SHAKTI KAUR

Jiwan Shakti Kaur is a well-known mentor, teacher, and trainer for Levels 1 and 2 and the 21 Stages of Meditation. Since our life on this planet is a "human" experience, the focus of her studies has always been the "human body"—explored from various angles, both yogic and non-yogic. A scientific approach, combined with a profound gift for communication, has led her to teach across Europe, North Africa, and Argentina.

She is the founder and CEO of KundaliniYoga. Academy®, President of Kundalini Yoga Europa APS, and a member of the KRI SSSC GEC (Global Ethical Commission).

RAVIJIT KAUR

Ravijit Kaur has been studying with Shiv Charan Singh since 2008; she is a Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya teacher trainer, mentor, and counsellor. She loves learning from the Gurbani, teaching Gurmukhi, and writing poetry. She has translated Guru Nanak’s *Japji* from the original into Italian and is currently working on translating other *Shabads*. In 2017, together with her husband Luca, she founded Nabhi – Centro della Terra, a small ashram in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines dedicated to caring for nature, spreading the teachings, and serving humanity.
