Intimacy is so much more than the narrow association with sexual energy.

It begins within, in an unguarded space where you fully meet yourself.

From there, all relationships become a dance of connection, vulnerability, and presence.

Words often fall short when it comes to intimacy because it lives in physical sensations, subtle impulses, and in the mysterious pulse of life itself.

Dance connects us with what life is really meant to be about: the fluttering of the heart, the softening of the breath, the liveliness that flows through us.

Waves of 5Rhythms invites us into the raw, honest language of the body.

Through the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human.

The more embodied you are, the greater your capacity for intimacy. By befriending your inner world, you increase your possibility for genuine contact and greater pleasure. The level of connection you create within yourself reflects the closeness you can experience with others and with the world around.

This workshop counts as 2,5 day’s Waves towards the 5Rhythms teachertraining.

Practicals:

Times: Friday starting with dinner at 6 p.m till Sunday 4p.m.

Location: La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is an ecological training center near the Orval Abbey in the Ardennes. It's in a unique location surrounded by nature. The cuisine is vegetarian and/or vegan.
