FLUO RUN FESTIVAL

Nata nel Giugno 2012 come corsa/camminata divertente di 5 km per promuovere la felicità e la salute psicofisica legata al movimento.

Con il tempo il format si è ampliato diventando un vero e proprio Festival del fitness e dello sport, una manifestazione che racchiude nella stessa giornata, un mix vincente di avvenimenti.

LA MANIFESTAZIONE

Dal palco del Fluo Run Festival, i nostri esperti e qualificati coach si esibiranno, insieme a tutti i partecipanti, nelle più svariate discipline come: Warm-up, Zumba, Functional training e Strong.

Terminate le attività fitness partirà la Fluo Run, una vera e propria “fun race” di 5 Km che si svolge di sera, in un contesto ricco di gadget luminosi, per il bellissimo centro storico e il lungolago di Desenzano del Garda.

Conclude il Fitness day, un live set con musica dal vivo, dove potrai ascoltare, insieme a tutti gli altri "Runners", tutte le migliori canzoni della musica dance.

Insomma un appuntamento imperdibile con il benessere e il divertimento!

UN EVENTO PER TUTTI

Che tu sia un corridore, un camminatore o un principiante alle prime armi, Fluo Run è un festival per promuovere benessere e attività fisica in modo completamente divertente!!!

Una manifestazione rivolta a tutti che si svolge dal pomeriggio fino a sera, in un contesto ricco di gadget luminosi, colori, musica, allegria e festa

L’obiettivo non è raggiungere la massima performance sportiva, bensì raggiungere il massimo livello di benessere e piacere con il dress code “FLUO” dove il vero protagonista sei tu. Insieme a tutti gli altri partecipanti vivrai un’esperienza indimenticabile.

Dalla prima edizione ad oggi è stata una continua escalation di iscritti e consensi con migliaia di partecipanti in tutta la penisola ad ogni edizione, ma al di là dei numeri, sono le emozioni e le mille luci Fluo a rendere questo evento unico.

Fluo Run Festival è energia positiva e piacere allo stato puro ed è per questa ragione che l’evento si sta facendo sempre più strada poiché miscela gioia di stare insieme e promuove il miglioramento della salute e del benessere di tutti.

Oltre il 40% dei partecipanti si avvicina per la prima volta all’attività fisica e la loro gioia e il loro divertimento è la nostra soddisfazione più grande.

PROGRAMMA

Il

programma della manifestazione Fluo Run Festival parte alle 18:00 con l’apertura dell’Area distribuzione kit e dell’Area make-up presso il Castello di Desenzano del Garda

Alle 18:30 partono le attività fitness con 20 minuti di WARM-UP, rivolto al riscaldamento dei partecipanti(e dell’ambiente), seguono 30 minuti di training funzionale con esercizi a corpo libero atti a migliorare: forza, potenza, velocità coordinazione, agilità ed equilibrio.

Si prosegue con la ZUMBA FITNESS, della durata di 40/45 minuti, dove dal palco si fanno scatenare centinaia di partecipanti al ritmo dei suoni caraibici; conclude il palinsesto, un'attività più intensa, perfettamente sincronizzata con la musica, chiamata STRONG.

Terminate le attività fitness il countdown porta allo start della Fluo Run

Prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione un cantante di livello, accompagna sia i Fluo Runners che gli immancabili presenti più o meno occasionalmente sul posto.

Le quote di partecipazione sono rimborsabili fino a 10 giorni prima della manifestazione prefissata, chiamando il +39 335 524 2811 oltre tale data, la quota di iscrizione non è rimborsabile, inclusa la cancellazione della manifestazione per problemi di sicurezza, di forte maltempo, per causa di forza maggiore o posticipo della stessa.

Il titolo di iscrizione/partecipazione può comunque essere riutilizzato per un'eventuale recupero della tappa prescelta o per qualsiasi altro evento del circuito Fluo Run Festival.

Le iscrizioni non sono nominali, qualora la persona già iscritta è impossibilitata a partecipare può cedere il proprio titolo ad un’altra persona.

IN CASO DI MALTEMPO

In caso si presentasse una qualsiasi delle condizioni meteo avverse sotto elencate 1), la società Fluo Run A.S.D. non riuscendo a garantire il proprio standard qualitativo, potrebbe, qualora se ne verificassero le condizioni, decidere di posticipare la manifestazione a data da destinarsi con le istituzioni locali.

Questo per garantire il vostro divertimento e la vostra sicurezza, senza forzare una manifestazione con fattori che non garantirebbero il regolare svolgimento, nella piena e totale forma, come nel

programma da noi previsto.

Le quote di partecipazione non sono rimborsabili in caso di posticipo della stessa come da regolamento alla voce:

FLUO RUN FESTIVAL

Das Festival fand zum ersten Mal im Juni 2012 im Rahmen eines 5 km Laufs statt, um Freude und psychophysische Gesundheit zu verbreiten. Im Laufe der Zeit erweiterte sich das Format zu einem Fitness-Festival mit zahlreichen Events.

DAS EVENT

Von der Bühne des Fluo Run Festivals aus werden unsere qualifizierten Trainer*innen zusammen mit allen Teilnehmer*innen verschiedene Disziplinen wie Warm-up, Zumba, Functional Training und Strong durchführen. Der Fluo-Lauf beginnt nach Abschluss der Fitnessaktivitäten: ein 5 km langer Fun Run durch die Innenstadt und die Promenade von Desenzano del Garda. Der Lauf findet nachts statt und wird von Fluo-Make-up und vielen Gadgets bereichert. Der Fitness-Tag rundet das Erlebnis ab: Alle "Läufer*innen" sind eingeladen die beste Tanzmusik unserer DJs zu genießen. Kurz gesagt, eine Veranstaltung, die Unterhaltung und gesunden Lebensstil verbindet. Wir erwarten dich und deine Freund*innen!

DIE VERANSTLATUNG IST OFFEN FÜR ALLE!

Du musst nicht unbedingt ein/e Läufer*in sein! Das Fluo Run Festival ist auch für Jogger*innen und solche, die Spaß haben wollen, offen! Die Botschaft des Festivals ist es, Menschen jeden Alters anzusprechen, die Lust haben, sich vom Nachmittag bis zur späten Nacht zu entspannen und Spaß zu haben.

Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es nicht, die höchste körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit zu erreichen, sondern das höchste Maß an Wohlbefinden. Es hängt von dir ab! Seit der ersten Ausgabe sind die Teilnehmer*innenzahlen an allen Orten, an denen das Festival stattgefunden hat, gestiegen. Die Emotionen waren jedoch der wichtigste Faktor, der das Festival einzigartig und attraktiv gemacht hat.

Das Fluo Run Festival lässt sich besonders gut wie folgt beschreiben: positive Energie und das Teilen einer spannenden Erfahrung mit viel Freude, die zugleich einen gesunden Lebensstil fördert. Es macht uns besonders stolz, eine Veranstaltung zu organisieren, die auch Familien mit Kindern anspricht!

PROGRAMM

Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 18 Uhr mit der Verteilung der Fluo-Gadgets und der Eröffnung des Make-up-Bereichs (am Golden Beach in Desenzano del Garda). Um 18:30 Uhr beginnen die Fitnessaktivitäten mit einem 20-minütigen Aufwärmen, dann folgen 30 Minuten Funktionstraining. Anschließend lassen 40 Minuten Zumba Fitness die Teilnehmer*innen im Rhythmus tanzen. Die intensivste Trainingseinheit, nicht ohne Grund „Strong“ genannt, beendet die Fitnessvorbereitung vor dem Fluo-Lauf.

Während des Countdowns und der Veranstaltung sorgt Live-Musik für ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

FLUO RUN FESTIVAL

The festival was born in June 2012 as a 5 km entertaining run/walk willing to promote joy and psychophysical health. Throughout time, the format has grown bigger, becoming a fitness festival that features multiple events in the same day.

THE EVENT

From the stage of the Fluo Run Festival, our qualified coaches will perform several disciplines together with all participants, such as Warm-up, Zumba, Functional Training and Strong. The Fluo Run will start after the end of the fitness activities: a fun run of 5 km by downtown and promenade of Desenzano del Garda. It will take place at night in a context embellished by fluo make-up and a lot of gadgets. The Fitness Day will conclude the whole experience: all “Runners” will enjoy the best dance music played by our deejays. In a nutshell, an event that combines entertainment and healthy lifestyle. We are waiting for you and your friends!

THE EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE!

You do not necessarily have to be a runner! Fluo Run Festival is open also to joggers and those who wants to have fun! Its message is to attract people of all ages willing to relax and have fun from the afternoon to late night.

The aim of the event is not to reach the highest physical performance but rather to reach the highest level of well-being. You are the true protagonist! Since the first edition, participants have grown in number in all the locations where the festival has taken place. However, the emotions have been the leading factor that has made the festival unique and appealing.

Keywords for Fluo Run Festival are: positive energy, joy of sharing an exciting experience that promotes an healthy lifestyle. Seeing families with their children among the participants makes us proud to organize such events!

PROGRAM

The event will start at 6 pm with the distribution of the fluo gadgets and opening of the make-up area (by Spiaggia d’Oro in Desenzano del Garda). At 18:00 the fitness activities will begin with a 20 minutes Warm-up, then 30 minutes of Functional Training. Next, 40 minutes of Zumba Fitness will make the participants dance with its rhythm. The most intense activity, named Strong not by chance, will conclude the fitness preparation before the start of the Fluo Run.

During the countdown, during and after the event a singer will guide the Runners for an experience deserving to be remembered!

After this period, the participation fee cannot be reimbursed, also in case of security problems, severe forecast conditions.

The participation can be used in case the event will be rescheduled or to any other Fluo Run event in Italy. The participation is not nominal; therefore, the participant can pass the ticket to another person.

In case of severe weather conditions (rain, heavy rain, strong wind, hurricane, ice, snow, fog, and other non-ideal conditions for a safe situation), the organizational society can decide to reschedule the event in order to guarantee the security and best success of the event.

KIT COLLECTION

Kits can be picked up the day of the event from 15 to 21:25 (5 minutes before the start of the Fluo Run event). In some cases (high number of participants), the kit pickup can be done also the day before the event by following the directions on the website www.fluorunfestival.it or www.fluorun.eu

IMAGE PRIVACY

By participation to the Fluo Run Festival, the participant authorizes the Fluo Run A.S.D to film one’s image during the participation to the event with cameras and other instruments. In addition, one’s agrees to:

- register, print, publish and share those images in future with any technological device;

- pass the images to third parties also for promotional purposes.
