— NEIL LANDSTRUMM
Neil Landstrumm has released records on a wide variety of electronic musics’ finest labels over the last two decades and is one of the true innovators in techno. Highlights include 12″s and LP’s for Peacefrog, Tresor and Planet Mu records and has recently released his tenth career LP , ‘Dragon Under’ on the UK’s Sneaker Social Club label. 2017 has seen a plethora of 12"s including synthwave and italo influenced releases on the Giallo Disco and Moustache records from the Clone family in Holland. Other note worthy collaborations have been with Optimo’s JD Twitch as Doubleheart, Sugar Experiment Station with Tobias Schmidt and Modini with Alan 'Hostage' Parley recently released on Dixon Avenue Basement Jams. Essentially a live hardware based artist since the beginning of his career, he has toured internationally for the last 20 years with regular events in Europe, Japan and China. Landstrumm also lived in New York for a number of years but is now based back in Edinburgh working from his own Witness Rooms studio. A pioneer of new electronic styles with a signature techno sound often copied and imitated, he has always been, and continues to be, a unique electronic artist.

Rage Therapy è il nome della ricerca di laboratorio sulle miserevoli condizioni di vita degli esseri umani danzanti conosciuti come Analogue Cops.
La ricerca viene condotta con un programma Smalltalk sviluppato personalmente dai due esperti ricercatori della semantica sociale della Techno. Il programma elabora delle sequenze pseudo-randomiche per controllare strumenti analogici e digitali in modo da creare un sottostrato animato per veloci percussioni post-industrial.
Dopo diversi mesi di studio, la ricerca scientifica è pronta a testare gli effetti della composizione ripetitiva binaria antisettica sulla ringhiosa e disincantata generazione dei raver.

A tireless supporter of research in the electronic music field, his DJ sets are built around past and present sounds integrating funk, hip hop, house, techno, breakbeat, and jungle.

All round music lover, eclectic DJ, in his DJ sets we find Hip Hop, Downtempo, House, Techno, Electro and Breakbeat. In his sound universe, "old school" and "acid" hypnotic sounds predominate, with an eye, however, always attentive to the new scene and more modern sounds. Flavio is the founder of the Electronic Waves project, a member of the Link Academy crew and of the newborn Immersione Records project. Since 2017 he has been resident dj of Club Studio54 Bologna.
In 2021/2022, with the alias Dj Home, some of his tracks have been selected for different compilations of labels such as Bosconi Records, Pareidolia Recordings, Noisybeat and 12kdubby.
